Ingredients:

2 ¾ cups of matzoh meal
10 eggs separated
2 ½ cups of waters or seltzer
Dash of salt
4  tablespoons oil
1/2 onion

Instructions:

For outside layer of Matzoh balls
In one large bowl….
Separate 6 eggs 
Beat 6 yolks until lemon yellow 
Add water or seltzer and beat until frothy
Add 2 tbs oil, matzoh meal, and salt
In a medium bowl
Beat 6 egg whites until stiff.
Add stiff egg whites into matzoh meal mixture

For Matzoh Ball Stuffing
Chop  ½ onion finely and saute in 2 tbs oil
In a small bowl
Beat 4 eggs.
Add onion mixture
Add matzoh meal to thicken
Refrigerate matzah ball and stuffing mixtures for 1-2 hours
Boil Large pot of water

To Form matzah balls
Fill bowl with ice cold water
Dip hands in water,  scoop up matzah ball mix ,  add stuffing to center,  form a ball
Drop matzah balls into boiling water
Cook until matzah balls rise to top of water and are firm to touch
Drain matzah balls and add to soup.
