Ingredients for cake
3 cups flour
2 cup sugar
2/3 cup Hershey baking cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp vinegar
2 cup water
1 cup oil
Combine all Cake ingredients together. Fold on low until moist. Add to greased and flowered pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes
Frosting
1 3/4 cup confectionary sugar
4 tbsp whole milk
3 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp vanilla
Beat ingredients together – apply to top of cooled cake
